Shipping Cost & Policy

We send via courier within New Zealand and by NZ Post overseas. We try to have the products in stock so can usually send them immediately, if we need to make something we might need two more days on the below delivery times.

New Zealand $6 or free over $100. Rural Delivery $11 or $5 over $100. Signature Required (urban only) $1.50 extra. 

North Island; Overnight delivery. Rural Delivery 2-3 days.     

South Island; Items that can safely fit in an A5 satchel usually overnight. Larger or fragile items that we pack in a carton take 2 days. Rural delivery add an extra day.  

Replacement if an item goes missing is through our couriers and they won't cover an item that goes missing after they have delivered it so we offer signature required delivery in urban areas. We advise you chose signature if you're concerned about theft from your letterbox/drop off point.

Australia $15nz flat delivery fee regardless of order size or value; NZ Post says 3-6 working days but it often takes longer and we don't guarantee time with this service. Tracked with NZ Post eShip but only until it reaches the Australian airport. No Signature required, insurance cover is only possible up to the point of tracking (usually the Australian airport) so no cover if it's stolen from your letterbox.

Courier Service is also available at $35 flat fee regardless of order size or value. 2-3 working days. Both Services are with NZ Post. Courier Service is fully tracked & requires a signature on delivery (unless you request otherwise). We recommend this service if you are in a hurry or worried the item may be stolen from your letterbox.

Rest of the World; price depends on weight of order and is determined at checkout. For the standard service NZ Post states 6-10 working days but it often takes longer and we don't guarantee delivery time. Tracked with NZ Post's eShip as far as the point of entry to your country (usually the airport). Delivery does not require a signature and insurance is up to the point of tracking, so if the item is stolen from your letterbox you won't be covered. Please email us if you would prefer a signature required service or want to ensure fast delivery and we can provide NZ Post's courier service price; if you're in Europe, Canada or USA this option is offered automatically at checkout. 

As a rule the more you purchase the more the shipping price per item will come down as there is a minimum charge, most of our items are light so shipping on your second, third and fourth items will be very little compared to your first. Eg, even a 50 gram parcel to the USA would cost $23.60nz whereas a 500 gram parcel would cost $33.30nz. Our fur kete bags weigh 90 grams so you'd be able to add 4 more for the extra $10nz. Items like our tiny kiwi magnet only weigh 4 grams! Big cushions are 200 grams and even our bungy sheep with the weighted noise still only weighs 190 grams.
